Safety standards
How we maintain a safe environment
- Equipment is checked and maintained on daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly schedules.
- We run hazard identification, incident reporting, and follow-up procedures.
- We perform routine health and safety audits.
- Even with controls in place, active attractions still carry an inherent risk of injury.
Waiver
Required for all participants
- A Trampo waiver is required for all jumpers.
- Participants under 16 must have their waiver signed by a parent/guardian (18+).
- Waiver acceptance is a required step during booking before checkout.
- Children aged 7 and under must be supervised by an adult on the premises.
Note: After selecting your venue and time, the site will require waiver confirmation before you complete booking.
