Terms of service

1) Waiver and participation

• Every participant must be covered by a signed waiver.
• For participants under 16, the waiver must be signed by a parent or legal guardian (18+).
• Participation in activities carries physical activity risk, which participants or guardians accept.
• Children aged 7 and under must be supervised by an adult on the premises.
• In the jumping area, children aged 5 and under must be accompanied by an adult on the trampoline.

2) Booking and entry

• Sessions start at scheduled times, and late arrivals are not extended.
• Activity/session wristbands must be worn during participation where applicable.
• Management may refuse entry or stop participation for safety or suitability reasons.
• Participants must follow staff instructions in all areas.

3) Tickets, refunds, and transfers

• Tickets are non-transferable and non-refundable after purchase.
• Online ticket purchases are not refundable.
• Switching to an alternative event must be requested on-site; higher price differences are payable and lower price differences are not refunded.

4) Conduct and personal belongings

• Food and drinks are not allowed inside activity areas.
• Aggressive behavior or abusive language toward guests or staff is not allowed.
• Management has limited responsibility for lost, stolen, or damaged items on-site.
• Pregnant guests, or guests with conditions affected by physical activity, should avoid participation unless medically suitable.

5) Website and payments

• Any account used for online booking must be managed by an adult (18+).
• Card payments are processed through secure, approved payment providers.
• Please keep a copy of your transaction records.

6) Changes and contact

Prices, operating hours, and these terms may be updated when needed. Continued use of the website or booking services means acceptance of the latest version.
